The home team had won the previous four meetings between Wright City and Wellsville-Middletown, and Wright City kept the tradition alive. The Wildcats blew past the Tigers 16-1 on Thursday. Considering the Wildcats have won eight contests by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Wright City has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-10 record this season.
