Football Recap: Bayside Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bayside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 14-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Astronaut War Eagles. If the Bears were looking for revenge after losing 28-21 to the War Eagles when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Bayside's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Astronaut, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2.

Coming up, Bayside will venture away from home to challenge Space Coast at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Vipers' defense has only allowed 10.3 points per game this season, so the Bears' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Astronaut, they will welcome Sebastian River at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
