Softball Recap: Indian Springs Comes Up Short

Indian Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 21-3 to the Pahranagat Valley Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 23-8 on Friday.

Kylee Muhn was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.

Indian Springs' loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Pahranagat Valley, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Indian Springs will take on Beaver Dam at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Indian Springs' pitchers better be ready for this one: Beaver Dam has averaged an impressive 8 runs per game this season. As for Pahranagat Valley, they are taking a road trip to challenge Lincoln County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
