TCAL Division II - District 1 (6 Man) recap October 22, 2013

Stephenville FAITH extended the longest winning streak in TCAL Division II - District 1 (6 Man) this week by beating Johnson County Lions, 98-50. The victory was the sixth in a row for the team.

Nick Braun's team took down the Lions 98-50 last week, the largest margin of any game. Shadd Cole threw for 253 yards and 4 touchdowns and ran for 363 yards during the win.

Johnson County Lions' Aaron Midkiff and Josh Bernardy led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-0 quarterback Midkiff has thrown for 1,225 yards this season, while Bernardy has 30 catches for 770 yards. Cole from Stephenville FAITH leads the league in rushing with 1,598 yards.

Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Stephenville FAITH takes on Paradigm. Stephenville FAITH's offense has racked up 401 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while Paradigm has allowed only 46 on the year.

An important game coming up in TCAL Division II - District 1 (6 Man) this week will be when Stephenville FAITH takes on Darrell Call's team. As it stands, Stephenville FAITH is in first, while Paradigm is in fourth.

Stephenville FAITH led the league in scoring this week after putting up 98 points on Jimmy Stanford's team. Cole ran for 363 yards in the win.
