Volleyball Recap: Honoka'a Comes Up Short

Honoka'a lost against Konawaena on September 4th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Dragons came up short against the Wildcats, falling 3-0.

Honoka'a dropped their record down to 3-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Konawaena, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Honoka'a has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Hawaii Prep on the 30th. As for Konawaena, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Kohala on the 1st.
