Basketball Recap: More Academy Comes Up Short

More Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 68-34 loss at the hands of the New Standard Academy Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-41 back in January.

More Academy's record now sits at 9-9. As for New Standard Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

As of now, neither More Academy nor New Standard Academy have any future games scheduled.
