Basketball Recap: South Fork Comes Up Short

South Fork was the 69-56 winner over Ferndale when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The South Fork Cubs fell 62-51 to the Ferndale Wildcats on Thursday. The Cubs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South Fork's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Ferndale, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-12 record.

South Fork does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ferndale, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Hoopa Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hoopa Valley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.2 points per game this season.
