Baseball Recap: Mullins Comes Up Short

After soaring to 14 runs the game before, Mullins was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They came up short against the East Clarendon Wolverines, falling 25-1. The Auctioneers have struggled against the Wolverines recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Mullins saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jadae Mcgill, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Mcgill is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

Mullins' record now sits at 2-10. As for East Clarendon, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: East Clarendon beat Mullins by a score of 20-4 later that day.
