There's no place like home for Watertown, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 43-40 win over the DeForest Norskies on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Goslings have posted since February 10, 2024.

Watertown's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 4-14. As for DeForest, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12.
