Blair Academy has gone a perfect 9-0 against Hill School recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bucs will square off against the Rams at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Blair Academy is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Lawrenceville School on Saturday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Bucs came up short against the Big Red, falling 40-14. While losing is never fun, the Bucs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 127th, while the Big Red are ranked 29th).

Meanwhile, Hill School lost to Wyoming Seminary College Prep on the road by a 20-3 margin on Friday. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Blue Knights recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Hill School now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Blair Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Blair Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Hill School when the teams last played back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 40-34 victory. Will the Bucs repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
