Basketball Game Preview: Hilliard Davidson Wildcats vs. Trinity Trojans

The Hilliard Davidson Wildcats and the Trinity Trojans will round out the year against one another at at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Trinity took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Hilliard Davidson, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with 11 losses in a row dating back to last season, Hilliard Davidson turned things around against Bishop Ready on Saturday. They walked away with a 40-28 win over the Silver Knights. The Wildcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Chloe Crawford and Sophie Onderak were among the main playmakers for Hilliard Davidson as the former went 5 for 7 on her way to 11 points and the latter posted nine points.

Meanwhile, Trinity unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of Avon by a score of 57-54.

Hilliard Davidson's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Trinity, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.
