Plainfield is a perfect 10-0 against Putnam since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Panthers will venture away from home to face off against the Clippers at 3:45 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Plainfield came up short against Ledyard and fell 9-6. The Panthers have struggled against the Colonels recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Putnam lost 13-3 to Ellis RVT on Thursday.

Putnam now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Plainfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.

Plainfield skirted past Putnam 7-6 when the teams last played back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
