Basketball Game Preview: Harlem Bulldogs vs. West Laurens Raiders

The Harlem Bulldogs just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the West Laurens Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Harlem will be strutting in after a victory while West Laurens will be coming in after a loss.

On Monday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Harlem beat Howard 52-46.

Meanwhile, West Laurens suffered their closest defeat since December 7, 2024 on Saturday. They fell just short of East Laurens by a score of 58-55. The Raiders have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Harlem will need focus on slowing down Nas Jones, one of several West Laurens players who made an impact when they last played. He posted 13 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Dorian Watkins, who had 12 points.

The win got Harlem back to even at 9-9. As for West Laurens, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.

Harlem didn't have too much breathing room in their match against West Laurens when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 57-53 victory.
