Baseball Recap: Pottstown Comes Up Short

Pottstown came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Upper Merion Area Vikings, falling 15-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 10-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Pottstown's loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Upper Merion Area, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Looking ahead, Pottstown will venture away from home to challenge West-Mont Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Upper Merion Area, they will welcome Pottsgrove at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
