Basketball Recap: Boulder Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Boulder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 58-42 bruising from the Monarch Coyotes. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 63-43 to the Coyotes when the teams met back in December of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Boulder's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Monarch, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Boulder will take on Prospect Ridge Academy in a holiday battle at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Monarch and Rocky Mountain will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Lobos have been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
