Baseball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

Centennial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 7-4 to the Totino-Grace Eagles. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Totino-Grace, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Centennial will take on rival Robbinsdale Armstrong at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Totino-Grace is set to face off against their familiar foe Spring Lake Park at 4:30 p.m. on the 13th.
