Baltimore County Division III recap October 22, 2013
Randallstown extended the longest winning streak in Baltimore County Division III this week by beating Chesapeake, 36-7. The victory was the sixth in a row for the Rams.
Towson led the league in scoring this week by notching 49 points on Lansdowne. Ronje Wright ran for 123 yards during the win.
The Generals' offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Wright chipped in 123 yards.
Wright provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Towson topped the Vikings.
Wright was the most successful running back in the league this week. Brandon Straughter also contributed to the rushing game with 20 yards on the ground.
Towson's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Generals feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Tyler Carr has thrown for 327 yards and 4 touchdowns this season, while Wright has 9 catches for 140 yards.
As it stands, the Bay Hawks are in sixth, while Patapsco is in second.
