Prattville Christian Academy put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors as the Prattville Christian Academy Panthers made off with an 11-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.

Blake Bowman spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up 12 Ks. Those 12 strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

On the hitting side, Owen Myrick and Luke Lawson did most of the damage at the plate: Myrick went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, two RBI, and one run, while Lawson scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Myrick also got a hit, marking his first of the season. Bryce Masters was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

Prattville Christian Academy's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Whitesburg Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
