Baseball Recap: St. Augustine Saints vs. Patrick Henry Patriots
After low-scoring totals in their previous three match, St. Augustine brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Patrick Henry Patriots a 10-0 shutout on Thursday. Considering the Saints' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Not much got past Jonny Haskett, who gave up just a hit and racked up six Ks to keep Patrick Henry off the board. Haskett has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.
