Brighton dropped down to 6-2 on Friday, ending the team's six-game streak of wins. They took a 37-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Howell Highlanders. The matchup was a 14-14 toss-up at halftime, but the Bulldogs couldn't quite close it out.
