Akron won against Salamanca on Saturday with 12 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Tigers walked away with a 12-8 win over the Albion Purple Eagles. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Purple Eagles: they've now won six in a row.
