Baseball Recap: Tidehaven Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Tidehaven's offense. They fell just short of the Industrial Cobras by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cobras apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

RITCHIE ZGARCIA spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on five hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

Tidehaven's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8-1. As for Industrial, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-5.

While Tidehaven had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
