Football Recap: Plano West Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Princeton two weeks ago, Plano West came back down to earth. The Wolves had to suffer through a 62-28 loss at the hands of the Prosper Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 97th, while the Eagles are ranked sixth).

Plano West has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 28.8 points over those games. As for Prosper, their win bumped their record up to 9-1.

Plano West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Prosper, they will challenge Hebron at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Hawks have now posted at least 31 points in their last four matchups.
