Recap: Tabb Tigers vs. Warwick Raiders
The Tabb Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Warwick an easy 62-42 victory. That's two games in a row now that Tabb has lost by exactly 20 points.
Tabb lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Micah Marbra, who scored nine points along with five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Heath Atkins, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds.
Tabb bumped their record down to 2-6 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Warwick, their win bumped their record up to 2-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Tabb and York will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2024. Warwick will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Woodside at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024. Woodside will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.
