Baseball Recap: KIPP King Takes a Loss

KIPP King and Skyline squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but KIPP King had to settle for second. They came up short against the Titans, falling 20-0. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Titans: they've now lost seven in a row.

KIPP King's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Skyline, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-12.

KIPP King does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Skyline, they will face off against Oakland Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Titans surely won't give up without a fight.
