Volleyball Recap: Paola Comes Up Short

Paola and Clay Center squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Paola had to settle for second. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The Panthers' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Paola's defeat dropped their record down to 27-11. As for Clay Center, they are on a roll lately: they've won 27 of their last 29 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 41-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Paola nor Clay Center have any future games scheduled.
