Soccer Recap: East Grand Takes a Loss

East Grand lost against Sumner two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vikings lost 8-0 to the Tigers. While losing is never fun, East Grand can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maine soccer rankings (they are ranked 55th, while Sumner are ranked tenth).

East Grand's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Sumner, their victory bumped their record up to 9-0.

East Grand has already played their next match (against Wisdom), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Sumner, they will host Calais at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
