For the first time in his career, Briar Bickl scored a rushing touchdown on Friday. He punched in one rushing score as Mater Dei fell to Althoff Catholic 58-35. Bickl's big game is all the more special as we consider it to be the best performance he's ever had.

Looking ahead, Bickl and Mater Dei will face off against St. Teresa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bickl had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in October of 2024 38-34.
