Softball Preview: Orchard Park Quakers vs. Williamsville North Spartans
The Orchard Park Quakers will take on the Williamsville North Spartans at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Orchard Park is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.4 runs per game this season.

Orchard Park got a massive performance out of Lainey Babich, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, three stolen bases, and four runs. Those four runs gave Babich a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Madeline McDermott, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two doubles.
Orchard Park kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in three consecutive games.
Williamsville North came out on top against Clarence on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run first inning. The Spartans walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Red Devils.
