Softball Recap: Gouverneur Has No Trouble Against Massena

Gouverneur won the last time they faced Massena and things went their way on Monday too. The Wildcats blew past the Raiders 11-2.

Karlee Ashley was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Arianna Wood, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

The victory got Gouverneur back to even at 1-1.

Gouverneur will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Lowville at 10:00 a.m. on May 10. Massena does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
