Ephrata Mennonite lost against Lancaster County Christian back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Legends lost 8-1 to the Lions. Ephrata Mennonite were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-0.

Ephrata Mennonite's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3. As for Lancaster County Christian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

Coincidentally, Ephrata Mennonite and Lancaster County Christian will both be playing Conestoga Christian the next time they take the pitch. The Legends will host the Cougars at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Lions will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
