White Oak is a perfect 8-0 against Jefferson since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The White Oak Roughnecks will host the Jefferson Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. White Oak will be strutting in after a victory while Jefferson will be coming in after a defeat.

White Oak proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by eight) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a run and slipped past Como-Pickton 11-10.

Meanwhile, Jefferson lost 12-2 to Hooks on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly ten runs.

Maddie Cooner made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

White Oak now has a winning record of 6-5-1. As for Jefferson, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.

White Oak was able to grind out a solid win over Jefferson when the teams last played back in April of 2018, winning 5-1. Does White Oak have another victory up their sleeve, or will Jefferson turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
