Volleyball Recap: Wesleyan Christian Comes Up Short

If Wesleyan Christian was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Berryhill last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Metro Christian Patriots on Thursday. The Mustangs have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Wesleyan Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Metro Christian, their win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0.

Looking ahead, Wesleyan Christian will welcome Chisholm at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Metro Christian, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Coweta on the 5th.
