Basketball Recap: Legacy Early College Triumphs

The Legacy Early College Lions didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against the Keenan Raiders on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 48-44 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Lance Barnes was a one-man wrecking crew as he shot 47% from the field to rack up 18 points and six steals. Those six steals gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of R'Javion Booker, who posted seven points and six assists.

Legacy Early College was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The win got Legacy Early College back to even at 2-2.

Coincidentally, Legacy Early College and Keenan will both be playing James F. Byrnes the next time they take the court. The Raiders will host the Rebels at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Lions will head out to face them at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
