Softball Recap: Udall Has No Trouble Against Sedan

Udall barely beat Sedan the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles blew past the Devils 13-1 on Monday. The contest marked the Eagles' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Brilee Pellegrini was a standout: she went 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. She also brought in two RBI, marking her first of the season. Breana Maxwell was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

Udall was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sedan only posted a batting average of .176.

Udall's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Sedan, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Udall will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Devils: the pair will be back at it again later today.
