Softball Game Preview: Glenmora Wildcats vs. Pitkin Tigers

Glenmora is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Pitkin an eight-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Glenmora Wildcats face off against Pitkin Tigers at 5:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Glenmora lost 10-2 to Monterey on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that the Wildcats have lost by exactly eight runs.

Glenmora saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tegan Webster-Wilkes, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Pitkin came up short against Anacoco on Thursday and fell 11-8.

Glenmora's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Pitkin, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-13.
