Basketball Recap: Westfield Triumphs

Westfield took a 22-point loss the last time they faced off against Edison, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bulldogs sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 52-49 win over the Eagles on Friday.

Westfield's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Edison, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Looking ahead, Westfield will be playing at home against Hayfield at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Edison, they will take on South County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
