Heuvelton Central picks up tenth straight win at home

Despite the defeat, Potsdam saw an underclassman step up: Ian VanWagner scored 34 points. VanWagner scored a full 64.2% of Potsdam's points, the seventh time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Ilahn Maroun was another key contributor, scoring five points.

Heuvelton Central pushed their record up to 1-3 with that victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 31.5 points. As for Potsdam, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-3.
