Baseball Recap: Desert Christian Academy Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

After having lost a blowout in their previous game, Desert Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Santa Rosa Academy Rangers, sneaking past 8-7. This was a revenge game for the Conquerors: when they faced off against the Rangers on Friday, they had to take a 12-2 loss.

Christian Adamson made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits. Desert Christian Academy is 5-2 when Adamson allows three or fewer earned runs, but 0-4 otherwise. Adamson was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
