Bartow put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past the Newsome Wolves to the tune of 73-31. The Yellow Jackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 42 points or more this season.

Bartow's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Syrus Sinfort led the charge by shooting 71% from the field en route to 14 points along with seven boards and three steals. Those 71% shooting accuracy gave Sinfort a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Ja'Kylen Crossley, who posted 14 points.

Bartow's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Newsome, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-3.

Bartow and Newsome should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings. The Yellow Jackets (ranked 18th) will meet Westlake (ranked 60th) at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Newsome will square off against Venice at 5:30 p.m. on the 27th with a big rank advantage (166 vs. 417).
