Logan Moore Turns in Season-Best Performance

Manitou Springs was led to victory by Logan Moore, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Moore rushed for 352 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 16.8 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run.

If history really does repeat itself, Moore might just drop another big game when he faces off against Lamar on Friday. When Moore last faced the Thunder back in October of 2023, he rushed for 113 yards on only 15 carries, and also picked up 36 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Noah Howard's Rushing Yards a New Career-High

Noah Howard produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Florence to the win on Friday. Howard rushed for 205 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.2 yards per carry, and also threw for 33 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

For the season, Howard has thrown 2 touchdowns while averaging 67.4 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 23 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 136 rushing yards.

Joseph Schoenberger Posts Huge Game in 24-20 Win

Woodland Park picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Marqus Joseph Schoenberger. Joseph Schoenberger was dynamite, throwing for 170 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 30 yards. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making six total tackles and defending two passes.

Unfortunately for Lamar, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Joseph Schoenberger. When Joseph Schoenberger last faced the Thunder back in October of 2023, he threw for 281 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 12.2 yards per attempt.

Parker Shreeve and Co. Win Sixth in a Row

Woodland Park picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Parker Shreeve.
