Soccer Recap: Hardeeville Comes Up Short

After flying high against Johnson last Monday, Hardeeville came back down to earth. The Hardeeville Canes lost 6-1 to the Beaufort Eagles on Monday. The Canes were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Hardeeville now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Beaufort, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0.

Coming up, Hardeeville will face off against Hampton County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Beaufort, they will take on Colleton County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Beaufort will be up against Colleton County's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.8 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
