The Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter Raiders will venture away from home to take on the Beech Grove Hornets at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Beech Grove took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter, who comes in off a win.

Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one run on Wednesday, then bounced right back against Bethesda Christian on Thursday. The Raiders put the hurt on the Patriots with a sharp 11-3 victory. Considering the Raiders' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, Beech Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 11-0 to Seymour.

With the win, Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-7. As for Beech Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.

Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter was able to grind out a solid victory over Beech Grove in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 10-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
