Volleyball Recap: Melstone Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Melstone can now relate to. They fell just short of the Belt Huskies by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Broncs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Huskies earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Destinee Goodman had an outrageously good game for Belt as she had 37 digs and five assists. Goodman has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last six times she's played.

Melstone's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Belt, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 26-6.

Melstone has already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Chester-Joplin-Inverness on the 13th. As for Belt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Circle on the 13th.
