Football Recap: Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory's offense. They fell 6-0 to the St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats on Wednesday. The Fightin' Irish just can't catch a break and have now endured seven losses in a row.

Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for St. Ignatius College Preparatory, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory is set to challenge their familiar foe Menlo School at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, St. Ignatius College Preparatory will take on rival Saint Francis at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
