Aden Willis put up the most RBI he's had since back in April of 2024 on Tuesday. He went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Nipomo is undefeated when Willis posts two or more runs, but 3-5 otherwise.

Willis' strong effort led Nipomo over Orcutt Academy and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Titans are a perfect 10-0 against the Spartans going back to March of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
