Basketball Recap: North Linn's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to 13

North Linn came tearing into Thursday's matchup with 12 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 37.5 points), and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 58-44 victory over the Cascade Cougars. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lynx also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

North Linn's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.4 points over those games. As for Cascade, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.
