Cherokee Bluff not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 10, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the East Hall Vikings with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Cherokee Bluff took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-11, 25-13.

Taylor Vandiver paced Cherokee Bluff's offense, picking up nine kills. Vandiver got some help from Kailyn Williams and her 16 assists. Williams was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Cherokee Bluff's victory bumped their record up to 27-12. As for East Hall, they dropped their record down to 10-27 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Cherokee Bluff wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Oconee County on the 8th. East Hall does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
