Basketball Recap: Brooklyn Center Comes Up Short

Brooklyn Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Fridley Tigers 78-37. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 86-50 back in January.

Brooklyn Center's loss dropped their record down to 4-22. As for Fridley, their win bumped their record up to 7-13.

Brooklyn Center wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 87-43 defeat against DeLaSalle on the 20th. As for Fridley, they will head out to square off against Academy of Holy Angels at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Fridley's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 matches.
