Deer River had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Mountain Iron-Buhl Rangers by a score of 73-61 on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Rangers back in February, they had to take a 70-61 defeat.

Deer River has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 88.6 points over those games.
